What types of accounts are eligible for E-statements?
All personal and business checking and savings accounts are eligible for E-statement service.

Can joint account holders have access to statements online?
Yes, joint account holders can both have access to the statements online using their own online banking log on. Each account will need to provide an email address for statement notifications.

How do I know when my E-statement is ready?
An email notification will be sent to you when your statement is ready for online viewing.

How do I view my statement?
You may access your E-statement directly from online banking at www.metairiebank.com and selecting the Account Statement menu option.

Do I need a special program to view my E-statement?
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 6.0 or higher to view your E-statement. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free program and may be downloaded from the Adobe website at http://www.adobe.com/downloads. (Please note that dial-up connections may be slow to download large PDF statement files.)

How do I sign up to receive E-statements?
You may complete a paper enrollment form or if you currently use online banking simply click on the Account Statements link from the menu bar which will walk you through an easy enrollment process.

Do I receive an E-statement every month?
You will receive an E-statement on or around the same time of the month as your current paper statement. Some savings account statements may be quarterly.

May I receive both a paper statement and an E-statement?
You will no longer receive a paper statement after you enroll for E-statements. You can change your mind at any time and resume receiving paper statements by calling our Customer Service at 504-834-6330 or email us at customerservice@metairiebank.com .

Will I still get images of my canceled checks?
You will receive images of your canceled checks in your E-statement. In addition, you can also access images of your checks through our online banking service.

How long will my E-statement be available for viewing?
Once enrolled; your E-statement will build 24 months of statement history to view, print or save to your personal computer.

Is it possible for my E-statement information to be exported to other programs?
No, E-statements can only be saved as PDF files.

How do I print out my E-statement?
From the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, simply press the Printer icon.

How do I save my E-statement to my Personal Computer or disk?
Select the diskette (Save a Copy) icon on the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar. You will then be prompted for the location on your computer where you would like to save your statement
